We were dispatched to the above location for an overdose call. We arrived on scene and saw the victim, Roy Vaughn, overdosed on his bed. AFD EMS began to administer narcan until Vaughn regained consciousness. EMS then transported him to Akron General Medical center. Sgt. Sinsley and Det. Williams notified.
