Officer Hacimuezzin and I, Officer Held were working uniform patrol car 25 when we responded to Akron City Hospital reference a shooting. We met with the victim, Jacob Hicks who stated he was at 41 Stanton St., Lusty's Adventure when he was approached by an unknown male who shot him once in the face, while he sat in the drivers seat of his vehicle. Hicks drove himself to Summa Hospital where he was treated. DB #1338 and Sgt Myers notified. CSU on scene.
