I, Officer Kupfner 1701, and Officer Sulek 1571, were working Uniform Patrol Car 10 on the listed date when we were dispatched to 339 Lloyd St in regards to property damage. Upon arrival, officers made contact with caller, Sally Wilkins, who stated her and her family were watching television at 2045 HRs when it suddenly turned off. Wilkins checked outside to see the Spectrum Internet wires cut. Wilkins stated she never observed a possible suspect of the property damage.
