State of Ohio Crash Retrieval portal offers free reports for the last 5 years.

APD uses BuyCrash to sell crash reports starting in 2021 and will provide them to you for a small convenience fee.

If you cannot find your report online, you can always request a report by any of the following methods:

Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m

In order to get your report returned, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope. We do not mail reports without pre-paid postage.
